All Crowdpurr premium plans allow exporting and saving of questions from your trivia games and polls. Exporting questions allows you to:

  • Create and edit questions more easily in a spreadsheet program (e.g. Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and re-import them later.

  • Easily collaborate with others on question content offline.

  • Quickly gain approval from stakeholders on question content.

  • Retain a permanent backup of the questions of your trivia game or poll.

  • Track which questions you've used in past experiences.

Upon exporting, Crowdpurr saves all of your questions and all their various detailed settings in a custom CSV (comma separated values) file that can then be opened and edited in all major spreadsheet programs (e.g. Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).

After updating the CSV offline, you can then import your questions back into any experience using the same CSV file.
