To share your experience (e.g., Trivia Game, Bingo Game, Poll, Social Wall, etc.) you simply need to share its URL for participants to open in their mobile device's (e.g. smartphone, laptop, tablet) web browser. You can share the experience's QR code, its Crowd URL, or its Experience Code.
To share the QR code, you can display it live in your venue using the Presentation View. Then participants simply need to scan it with their mobile device camera. Additionally, you could print out the QR code and place it around the venue for scanning (e.g. placards, cards, etc.) Lastly, you could also email the QR code ahead of time.
You can also share the Crowd URL of the experience. This is a URL that participants can enter into their browser, or click on in an email, that opens your experience on their browser. In addition to the QR code, the Presentation View also displays the Crowd URL of your experience. The Crowd URL format is simply crowd.live/12345, where "12345" is your Experience Code. For example, if your Experience Code is "ABC123," the full URL to your experience is crowd.live/ABC123.
Participants can also just search "crowd.live" in a search engine like Google or Bing. Participants then enter the Experience Code from your experience, which is shown at the bottom of the Presentation View. You can also email, text, or verbally announce the experience Code to your audience. Additionally, you can email, text, or display the full URL to your experience. After entering the appropriate code or clicking on the direct link, participants will be taken to the Participant View.
