If you've upgraded to the Conference Plan or higher, you can upload custom backgrounds to both the Presentation View and the Participant View.
Upload A Custom Background to the Presentation View
To upload a custom background to the Presentation View, open a Presentation View window by clicking the purple Presentation View button under the Crowd Views on the Experience Dashboard.

To upload a custom background image, simply drag a 1920x1080 JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP image into the file upload box or click the upload box directly to select a file from your computer.

What is the ideal resolution for background images on the Presentation View? Uploaded images should ideally be a 1920x1080 JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP image less than 5 MB.
After selecting an image, you can crop the image before uploading it. The image will automatically be set as your new Presentation View background image and will display every time you launch the Presentation View.
You can always delete the image and upload a different one at any time. Each of your Experience's Presentation View backgrounds is applied to the current Experience so if you have multiple Experiences, you'll need to upload a custom Presentation View background for each one.

To upload a custom background to the Participant View, open the Participant View by clicking on the blue Participant View button located under the Crowd Views on the Experience Dashboard. You must click this button to open up the Participant View settings.

Once the Participant View opens, click on the gear icon button located in the lower-right-hand corner. This button allows you to configure various settings on the Participant View. As the moderator of your Experiences, only you will see the settings button that opens the configuration menu on the Participant View.
To upload a custom background image, simply drag a 610x1080 JPG or PNG onto the file upload box. You can also click the upload box to select a file.

What is the ideal resolution for background images on the Participant View? Uploaded images should ideally be a 610x1080 JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP image less than 5 MB.

You can always delete the image and upload a different one at any time. Each of your Experience's Participant View backgrounds is applied to the current, individual Experience. So if you have multiple Experiences, you'll need to upload a custom Participant View background for each one.
How big should my background be? We recommend using an image in 1920 x 1080 resolution or larger; this will preserve as much detail as possible when in Fullscreen View. However, the maximum file size is 5 MB.
In the example below, the background image has been uploaded. Click the green Save button to apply it.

What if I use a smaller image? Using a smaller image is not recommended. When scaled up, low-resolution images can become blurry and displeasing to look at.
