If you're a Classroom Plan subscriber or higher, you can upload images and animated GIFs to your Bingo Squares. If a participant's card on the Participant View contains the square, then the uploaded image will be displayed on the square. When the square is called, the image will also display on the Presentation View.

Uploading Your Own Image

To upload a square image, go to the Experience Dashboard, then go to the blue Bingo Setup tab, and hover your mouse over the square to which you'd like to add an image.

Drag and drop your images to Bingo Squares! Quickly upload images by dragging and dropping your images from your desktop directly onto Bingo Squares.

Choosing and Cropping an Uploaded Image

Once you click on the camera icon, select the Upload tab located at the top of the blue module. By default, clicking on the Upload tab will automatically prompt you to select an image file from your computer. Alternatively, you can manually click on the purple Choose Image tab to select an image from your computer.

Uploaded images should ideally be a square 500x500 JPEG, PNG, WEBP or GIF less than 5MB. GIFs may be animated in order to upload short videos like scenes from movies, funny memes, etc.

After uploading, you may choose to crop the image. These images will be shown in a 1:1 square aspect ratio. So the more square your image is and/or the more square you crop it, the more it will display accurately on the Presentation View and Participant View. Click on the green Save Image button to save and upload your question image after optionally cropping it.

Viewing Your Question Image on the Presentation View & Participant View

If you have the Display Square's Text or Image setting enabled for your Bingo Game, then the uploaded image will always show as the called square on the Presentation View when it is called. However, if your Bingo Game has the Display Square's Hint Only or Hide Called Squares setting selected, then the image will not display on the Presentation View, only on your participants' Participant Views.

If a player has the square on their Bingo Card on the Participant View of your Bingo Game, they will see the uploaded image as a square on their devices.
