If you've forgotten or misplaced your Crowdpurr password, it's easy to request an email to set a new password.

Resetting your password via email will send a Reset Password email to the email address associated with your Crowdpurr login and contains a link that you can click on to set a new password.

Resetting Your Password

First, navigate to app.crowdpurr.com and type in the email address for your Crowdpurr account on the Sign In form. The automatic Reset Password email will be sent to this email address.

Not receiving the Reset Password email? Currently, the only way to reset your password is through the Reset Password link sent via email. If you're unable to find it in your inbox, we recommend checking your Spam folder or reaching out to your IT department as those messages may have been caught by a separate quarantine server.

If they are unable to find it in quarantine, you may need to change the account to a different email address to retrieve the Reset Password link. Please feel free to reach out to our Help Desk at [email protected] for further assistance.
