Bingo Game Settings - Custom Branding

The Custom Branding tab under the green Settings tab contains settings related to customizing the look and feel of your Bingo Game including its title, logo, and backgrounds for the Presentation View and Participant View.

Bingo Game Name & Description

This panel allows you to update the name and description of your Bingo Game. The name of your Bingo Game is shown on both the Presentation View and the Participant View. The description will only be shown under the Title on the Participant View.

To edit the Title and Description, click on the corresponding text fields, update the text(s), and press the Save button (or press the Enter key on your keyboard).

The Description will be shown in smaller text under the name of your Bingo Game.

Custom Logo

If you're a Classroom Plan subscriber or higher, one of Crowdpurr's Premium Features is uploading your custom logo that replaces the default Crowdpurr logo throughout the entire Crowdpurr app!

Presentation View Background 

To set the background in the Presentation View, open a Presentation View from the Crowd Views Click on the Settings (gear) button in the bottom-right corner of the Presentation View to bring up the Presentation View Settings panel.

You can use any of our pre-made backgrounds for any Experience type. You can also choose your own custom color by using the color selector. If you know the hexadecimal code for your color, you can use that as well.

For Conference Plan users and higher, you can upload your own Presentation View background. First, click in the Upload Custom Background area to search your computer for your background image, or drag and drop the file straight onto the area. This will open it in the Custom Background Area where you can crop it if necessary.

Click the green Save (checkmark) button, and your Custom Background will immediately show up on your Presentation View. If you chose the wrong file by mistake, click the blue Cancel (X) button to remove it. Then, select the correct one.

Participant View Background

To set the background in the Participant View, open a Participant View from the Crowd Views located on the Experience Dashboard. Click on the Settings (gear) button in the bottom-right corner of the Participant View to bring up the Participant View Settings panel.

Custom User Interface Colors

Conference Plan users and above can also set custom colors for different user interface elements affecting the Participant View such as:

• Sign In Button
• Submit Answer Button
• Continue Playing Button
• New Participant Button
• Sending Pop-up Panel
• Received Pop-up Panel

Set Custom URL

Conference Plan users and above can also set up a custom URL. On the left-hand side of the window at app.crowdpurr.com, click My Experiences. Then along the top, click on the Custom URL tab. That page will help guide you through setting up your own URL, rather than using Crowdpurr's default crowd.live.

Set Custom Card and Custom Square Colors

Conference Plan members and above can completely customize the color of the Bingo Card and Bingo Squares in Bingo Games. To do this, go to the blue Bingo Setup tab, and click on the green Edit (pencil) icon to the right of the column letters, as pictured below.

This will then bring up its Edit panel, where you can edit the column letters, the card colors, and the square colors. All members can use any of our pre-selected colors located above the Set Custom Card Color and Set Custom Square Color sections.

To choose any other color, Conference Plan members and higher can enter a hexadecimal code for their chosen color, or find a suitable one with the Color Picker tool. Simply click into the box labeled Set Custom Card Color and/or Set Custom Square Color to bring it up. Click the green Apply (checkmark) button after you've selected a custom color to apply it.
