Crowdpurr Keyboard Shortcuts Reference

All keyboard shortcuts work from both the Experience Dashboard and the Presentation View.

General Keyboard Shortcuts

• P - On the Experience Dashboard, this multi-use keyboard shortcut works like a "status advancer" for an Experience. For instance, this shortcut triggers either a Start Countdown, Skip Countdown, Play, Pause, Unpause, or Restart Experience depending on the Experience's status. On the Presentation View, this shortcut only triggers to Pause and Unpause the Experience.

• Left Arrow Key - Set Active Question to the previous question
• Right Arrow Key - Set Active Question to the next question
• Esc - In the Presentation View, this exits Fullscreen Mode after clicking the Fullscreen Mode button in the lower right-hand corner
• Tab - On the Experience Dashboard when editing a question, quickly navigate through the input fields for questions and their answers.
• V - On the Presentation View, the Mute Presentation View (V) shortcut will immediately mute any sounds from playing on the Presentation View. You can unmute sounds by pressing the V keyboard shortcut again on the Presentation View.
• Z - Toggle Show Live Stream on and off. Enabling this setting will maximize the size of the Live Stream on the Participant View. Disabling this setting will minimize the Live Stream and allow participants to answer questions, submit posts, mark bingo squares, etc.
• Y - Toggles the on-demand Throw Confetti feature allowing the host to trigger confetti to appear on both the Presentation View and Participant View.

Poll Keyboard Shortcuts

• S - Manually start Question Timer. This is used when Use Question Timer is enabled and the Automatically Start Question Timer is disabled. These settings are found under the Playback & Timing tab under the green Settings tab on the Experience Dashboard.
• A - Toggle Show Live Answer Results on and off. When using this setting with a Poll, if left enabled, the Poll will automatically show the Live Answer Results immediately after a participant responds to a question. If disabled, you must turn this setting On in order to show the results for the question after voting ends.
• N - Toggle Show Question Note on and off

Trivia Game Keyboard Shortcuts

• A - Toggle Show Live Answer Results on and off
• C - Toggle Show Correct Answer on and off
• N - Toggle Show Question Note on and off
• R - Toggle Show Rankings Leaderboard on and off
• T - Toggle Show Team Rankings on and off
• M - Toggle Show Multi-Game Rankings on and off. This only applies when additional Trivia Games have been added under the Multi-Game Rankings options. These settings are found under the Trivia Format tab and under the green Settings tab on the Experience Dashboard.
• S - Manually start Question Timer. This is used when Use Question Timer is enabled and Automatically Start Question Timer is disabled. These settings are found under the Playback & Timing tab under the green Settings tab on the Experience Dashboard.
• Spacebar - Manually cycles the Rankings Leaderboard on the Presentation View. If you have Cycle Rankings Leaderboard disabled, use this to manually cycle through the Rankings Leaderboard one page at a time.

Social Wall Keyboard Shortcuts

• Spacebar - Manually cycles the Social Wall on the Presentation View. If you have Social Wall Speed disabled, use this to manually cycle through the Social Wall's posts.

Bingo Game Keyboard Shortcuts

• B - Call a single random bingo square.
• X - Call all remaining bingo squares randomly. This will cause all players to complete their bingo card and will award points.
• N - Toggle Show Game Note on and off
• R - Toggle Show Rankings Leaderboard on and off
• T - Toggle Show Team Rankings on and off
• M - Toggle Show Multi-Game Rankings on and off. This only applies when additional Trivia Games and/or Bingo Games have been added under the Multi-Game Rankings options. These settings are found under the Bingo Format tab under the green Settings tab on the Experience Dashboard.
• Spacebar - Manually cycles the Rankings Leaderboard on the Presentation View. If you have Cycle Rankings Leaderboard disabled, use this shortcut to manually cycle through the Rankings Leaderboard one page at a time.
