Branding logos are displayed on both the Presentation View and the Participant View for all of your crowd to see.
To learn how to upload a custom branding logo, check out this article Upload Custom Branding Logos to Experiences.
Upload Your Own Images to Questions and Answers
Make your Polls and Trivia Games more interesting by uploading your own images to questions! This allows you to ask image-based questions like, "Who is this famous person?" or "Where is this destination?" You can upload animated GIFs too! This lets you ask questions like, "From what movie is this famous scene?" or "What is the dance move called in this video?" Images are shown on both the Presentation View and the Participant View.
To learn how to upload images to questions, check out this article Uploading Your Own Images to Questions.
You can also upload your own images to your answer options! This allows you to add more fun and visual dynamic to your Trivia Games and Poll Experiences.

Import & Manage Questions from Excel or Google Sheets
We endeavor to make our app as user-friendly and efficient as possible. However, we understand that sometimes you need more speed or power when creating new questions for your Experiences.
The Classroom Plan allows you to upload questions in bulk. Upload a CSV spreadsheet file from Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to quickly create up to 100 questions.
For a quick walkthrough of how to do that, look through this article Importing Questions from a Spreadsheet.
Export Results & Lead Capture Data To Excel or Google Sheets
After you run your Poll, Trivia Game, Social Wall, or Bingo Game, you may want to compile your Experience's results and export them for use in another program. This feature lets you export all of your Experience data to a CSV (comma-separated values) file, which you can open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. It may be important to have spreadsheet data for exactly how many votes were placed on each answer or how each player answered in order to achieve their score. All data is available for export. Social Walls can even export messages and images that were posted.
If you would like to keep a record of the questions you have already asked your audience, collaborate or work with your questions offline, or for any other reason, you can also export your Poll or Trivia questions and answers to a CSV spreadsheet. If you need to, you can re-import this export directly into a different Experience to quickly swap out batches of questions!

Verify Participants with VIP Guest List
Use the VIP Guest List to verify and limit your participants to only those whose Email or Phone Number is on your list of verified participants. This feature works great for virtual events where an action must be completed by participants prior to joining such as purchasing an entry ticket, signing up on a web form, joining a Facebook group, etc.
Using a VIP Guest List prevents participants from simply sharing the URL to a virtual event, as each participant must have a matching email or phone number from your list to actually join the trivia game.
To learn more about how VIP Guest List works, check out the article Verify Participants with VIP Guest List.
Send SMS Text & Email Notifications
The Classroom Plan allows you to create and send SMS Text or Email Notifications to participants on your VIP Guest List. Notifications allow you to update your participants on when your trivia game or event is starting. You can even include clickable URLs that allow participants to join your Experience directly just by clicking or tapping on the link!
You can write your own notification or use our prewritten notification templates. You can also create several notifications in advance and then send them out when you're ready.

Tournament Mode Using the Next Round Feature
Use the Tournament Mode along with the Next Round feature to create bracket-style tournaments for Trivia Games! With this mode, you can choose to advance the top players to the next round and send the remaining players to a "loser round!"
Upgrading to the Classroom Plan will also give you the ability to send your participants to an External URL at the end of the Experience without your participants needing to input any new URLs on their mobile devices!

Share Your Account Using Crowdpurr for Teams
Share your upgraded Crowdpurr account with other team members using Crowdpurr for Teams. The Classroom Plan allows you to invite 2 team members via email to share your account. As the team owner, you choose which experiences to share and what privileges your team members have.

Free Customer Support via Phone, Email, & Chat
Crowdpurr customer support is always available via email. If we can't resolve your issue via email and/or our Help Center, we're happy to get on the phone to ensure you have a successful interactive live event.
No Crowdpurr Logos or Ads
Upgrading to the Classroom Plan will remove the Crowdpurr ad at the bottom of the mobile client. Additionally, you can choose to remove the Crowdpurr logo in the corner of the Presentation View and at the top of the mobile client. You can also upload your own logo to replace the Crowdpurr logo.
